Looking back on 2017

1)
This is one of my favorites because the point of makes it seem like they are just normal trees, and it's not until you notice the car on the road that you realize the trees are uprooted. This picture does an amazing job at making you second guess yourself on what you see.






2)
This is another favorite of mine because it captures a solitary leaf floating to the ground, and the low point of view gives the picture more depth. Also, the color of the leaf and tops of trees against the blue sky is a nice contrast.









3)
I really love this picture and it is probably my favorite because it shows a society's love for one another by capturing a rose on a chair in a church that had a shooting in a week prior. The church community along with fellow citizens worked hard to restore the damaged church. The church-goers gathered inside for the first time since the shooting.
