4. Is it ethically acceptable to change a person's appearance like these in a photo? Why or why not?
No, it is not acceptable period to change a person's body to make it look "perfect". It's unethical because people should be comfortable enough in their own skin so that they don't want to have their body altered. It also sends the wrong message to people, making them think they need to look like that "perfect" supermodel.

5. Are there circumstances in which it would be more ethically wrong to do this type of manipulation?
Yes, if there was a magazine that is trying to show that people are perfect the way they are and shouldn't need to worry about how they look and they photoshop a "perfect person" as an example, that would be extremely unethical.

6. What types of changes are OK, and what aren't?
In my opinion, any subtle change that isn't changing a person's physicality, like changing the lighting of the background, is okay. What isn't okay is when changes are made to where a person ends up looking completely different, or a place is photoshopped enough to where it ends up looking like a resort instead of a small cabin.

7. Explain what you think the differences are between fashion photography and photojournalism.
In photojournalism, there is no edit that can be made to a photo that will still have it be considered a pure photo. Whereas in fashion photography, it is for some reason okay to make a person look nothing like they did when the photo was taken.

8. What relationship does each type of photography have to reality, and how does this affect the ethical practice of each?
Fashion photography's relationship to reality is the fact that people are seeing what they consider to be perfect, and that's how fashion grows. Photojournalism is for the benefit of people, to let them know news, and other necessities
9. Why do you think I am showing you these three videos?
You are showing us these to help us know that pictures aren't always what they seem to be, as well as teaching us the valuable lesson that we shouldn't try to be like those "perfect people".
10. Why are none of these videos about guys???

None of these videos are about guys because men have always been seen as superior to women, and so naturally, there's never anything wrong with men. *rolls eyes* It's only pictures of women that are edited so heavily because for some reason, women HAVE to look perfect, but men don't have to, therefore none of these videos are about guys.
